SpaceTrack bug (?)

Lately I've noticed that if I retrieve a TLE on SpaceTrack by entering the satellite ID and leaving the selection as "Latest Elset" it will return a recent TLE, but not necessarily the latest. If I select "Last 5 Elsets" it will return at least one that is more recent than the one that was returned as "Latest."

    Example:

Requesting 32058 (FOTON M3) returned the "Latest" with epoch of 07267.836...

But asking for the "Last 5" returns:
     07267.336...
     07267.696...
     07267.836...
     07268.210...
     07268.578...

Notice that there are actually TWO newer TLEs since what it told me was the "Latest."

Have others on this list seen this?
