Events have conspired to keep me from reporting but
    not from observing.

9/25 NOSS 2(D) had a nice flare as it zipped past
Beta Aqr. Sea-Sat bright again, now in SE at night.
    99-57A noticed as flashing UNID.
9/27 DMSP 2-1 was only sight before fog.
9/28 Times may be off 1 minute, not periods.
    9/29 27518 (2-42D) continues to elude timing.
9/30 25372 sure had me fooled - thought it was an
unknown. Slightly variable, no timings. Flash at
2:16:45 near tail of Capricornus - I have guessed that
    was 91-84 C.
