    If you get elsets for Guide8 from SpaceTrack, you can also get RCS
    (Radar Cross Sections) in 'SATCAT' Search... (and Satellite Situation 
    Report),
    and in 'My Favourites' (http://www.space-track.org).
    
    Otherwise, you can get http://www.io.com/~mmccants/catalogs/rcs.zip
    
    If a rocket stage, or a major part of it, is still intact, it is not termed 
    DEBris (usually R/B at SpaceTrack).
