PPAS later. Gorizont 29 (22907) and Insat 2C (23731) both flashing, easily
    seen in binoculars.

28054 seems to have been 1s early, with 2nd point right in the Coathanger,
    which gives me confidence:

Poor points on NOSS 2-1 triad, one looks ok:

UNID seen passing under 20691 going east, at 2:04:48, 21h03m -6 deg. Can't
    ID. 7 mag, steady.

Another UNID seen at 15h30 +27.5 near Alpha Corona Borealis gave 3 faint
flashes about 2 seconds apart, while looking for USA147 (25991). If this was
it, it was about 51s late, and 0.5 deg west of predicted track from:

The ISS Progress 30 docked on time at 2:43 p.m. EDT Wednesday, which
explains why I didn't see it separate from ISS again. M Bartley's note shows
why I missed ATV, will try again tonight.
