Fast flashing peice of Cosmos 2421 debris

I was watching for Intelsat 6B ( 25585 ) slow bright flashes, when a flash flashing sat zipped by !

It was a peice of cosmos 2421 ( 33152 ), mag 10 are brighter it seemed.

Time was around 0:14:07 UTC ( Sept 19 )
