Galaxy 19 will be launched, in a few hours.

Launch time is 9:28 UTC ( Sept 24 )

It will replace Galaxy 25 ( 24812 ) located at 97 degrees West, so I can see it.

I think that's fair, since I observe geo sat's alot.
