Galaxy 8 bright flashes are approx 4 minutes later each night

    I observed some bright flashes from Galaxy 8 again.
    
    I noticed that when the satellite was around, the same area of sky as yesterday, that the flash happened approx 4 minutes later.
    
    For example 
    
    The flash at 4:34:53 utc ( Sept 3 ) 
    
    was around the area of sky
    
    20 h 11 m R.A
    -12 deg 33 min Dec
    
    Sun at
    
    10 h 48 m R.A
    7 deg 33 min Dec
    
    The flash at 4:38:59 utc ( Sept 4 )
    
    was around the following area.
    
    20 h 10 m R.A
    -12 deg 31 min Dec
    
    Sun at 
    
    10 h 52 m R.A
    +7 deg 11 min Dec
