While scanning the geo belt, I noticed Nimiq 4 is somewhat bright

I am scanning along the geo belt, to see what geo sat's are bright.

Most are on the faint side, but Nimiq 4 ( 33373 ) is brihter then most so far. It's mag 9 range, at 3:48 utc ( Sept 26 )
