Bob Christy and Brad Young contributed observations used to determine one or more of the following
    element sets.

    X-37B OTV 1-1 433 X 444 km
    1 36514U 10015A 10265.02080809 .00000190 00000-0 41239-5 0 04
    2 36514 39.9822 145.3033 0008127 252.0672 107.9250 15.43378567 08
Arc 20100915.05-0922.04 WRMS resid 0.109 totl 0.032 xtrk

Bob has reported additional observations that extend the arc to 2010 Sep 22 04:33 UTC, and refined
some of his earlier data, which I have used to improve the elements:

    FIA Radar 1 1060 X 1075 km
    1 37162U 10046A 10265.17769653 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 01
    2 37162 123.0000 100.1578 0010000 1.4166 358.6827 13.51168003 05
Arc 20100922.13-0922.13 WRMS resid 0.017 totl 0.005 xtrk

I performed the analysis in two steps. First, I used as many points as possible, over as long an arc
as possible, in an effort to obtain an accurate mean motion. Finally, I fixed the mean motion, and
then adjusted RAAN and mean anomaly to Brad's obs. I caution that the orbit is not fully determined
(inclination and eccentricity are assumed values), so predictions will prove less accurate than
    implied by the residuals shown.
