Hi Simone : I'll ask here in case anyone else is interested . I've observed dozens of ISS & Iridium flares in August but never considered reporting them because they are in the public domain , so to speak (ie : www.Heavens-above.com for example ) . Should I have added them to the DB ? Also , I observed a brilliant -6 Iridium flare that also lasted longer than normal but HA said it was only going to be a -1 because the flare center was 30Km away .
