    JAXA have announced that five CubeSats will be deployed from the ISS on
    Monday, September 10. The deployment process commences at 1300 UT.
    
    Four of them contain amateur radio payloads and should be receivable in the
    amateur 2m, 70cm, 6cm and Optical bands - yes one of them will flash a Morse
    code message that should be visible to observers on Earth.

    The AMSAT-UK International Space Colloquium takes place in Guildford,
    Surrey, September 15-16. The event is open to all and there is a visit to
    the satellite facilities in the new Surrey Satellite Technology Limited
