    The general consensus seems to be that it is related to the attempt to
    restart the second stage of the latest Falcon 9 launch.  Additionally, 20
    objects from the launch were cataloged, far higher than expected.
    
    I too would like to know if the Falcon 9 second stage is the culprit, as I
    don't have anywhere close to the expertise to perform an analysis.
