Looking for OTV3,  I saw a strange object, naked eye, same direction of OTV3
trajectory,
but about 17° below. 
Strange object: 
First point when discovered, magnitude zero  with a 15’ radius halo,
followed naked eye showing the decreasing of halo. 
Second point magnitude + 2  with halo almost disappeared.
Then I lost it because of an obstacle (big tree).
No airplane positional lights.
