The 8th image in that series of pictures has the name Pleiades, which
is also the name of two European high resolution optical Earth imaging
satellites.

Pleiades 1A [38012/11076F] was directly above the Bassel al-Assad
airport on September 15th, 2015 at 08:35UT. The image taken on
September 4th may be taken by Pleiades 1B [39019/12068A] around
08:20UT. It is likely that these satellites took these images.

The two Pleiades satellites are in the same orbit but 180 deg apart,
so typically at least one of them will be overhead of most places on
Earth some time during the day.
