      Ah,  a good thought... I've swapped an e-mail or two with him
before.  If he doesn't have the TLEs,  he'd probably know who I should ask.

      They're hard to get hold of.  Which is part of why I end up computing
my own from observations.  The "usual" sources of TLEs are not usually
interested in anything above geosat orbits,  and there's not really a lot
up there anyway.  And radar is remarkably unhelpful at such distances.
