Hi Jari,

    Thank you.  I had the third set of TLEs from that page,  via
Jonathan,  for 1977 182 = 1977 July 1.  The fourth set,  "possibly
sample",  for 74 days later,  might come in handy.

    At this point,  I'm hoping the object gets observed again in a few
days;  that will refine the orbit a bit,  to the point where it may
conceivably appear in archives,  giving us still more data,  to the
point where we can run the orbit back to 1977 and see which object
it matches.  (Which is how we were able to identify SOLRAD 11A =
1976-023C last February.)  Keeping fingers crossed...
