Alternative Ofeq 11 elements

Brad Young reported Ofeq 11 a no-show the past two nights.

I offer an alternative orbital solution based on the earlier observations by Brad and Paul Maley:

If it has performed its second perigee-raising manoeuvre, with a result similar to that of Ofeq 10 (14019A / 39650), then the following search elements may aid in recovering it:

The 77777 elset is at the epoch of the first apogee following the last known sighting; 77778 is at an apogee about 12 h later. On Brad's first non-sighting of the original orbit, 77777 would have passed about 9 min. later; 77778 about 4 min. later.

It would be prudent to attempt first to observe it in the revised pre-manoeuvre orbit, and to be prepared to look for it near the search orbits. Generous prediction time uncertainties are recommended, especially for the latter.
