hello, I re-calculated the declination with the 
correct radius of orbit (I used the altitude instead of the radius!)

0   0
10 -1.8
20 -3.4
30 -5.0
40 -6.3
50 -7.3
60 -8.1
70 -8.5
80 -8.7

Those values are valid for the meridian. Due to 
the perspective, the declination slightly 
increases (the satellites look a bit closer to 
the equator) from meridian to horizon.

Thanks to Larry who pointed a discrepancy between 
his observations and my results.
