This morning on September 25 in 05:40 local time UT+3 I saw a quick flare
of an object near star Gamma Eridani. Flare was quite bright, brightness
for -0.5m. The duration of the flare was only a couple of seconds. After
that, I did not see more of the satellite in the binoculars. But it
certainly flew from west to east along the southern horizon. By maps
Heavens-Avove at this time, but a minute earlier in 05:39 was the passes
of the satellite TECSAR about the same place where I saw the satellite.
And OTV (USA 277) was supposed to passes too in the same place in that
place, but 15 minutes earlier in 05:25 UT+3. That is, I saw an object with
a difference of one minute by maps Heavens-Avove and now I do not know who
exactly TECSAR or USA 277?
