Hi Alex,

A bit of analysis of how EMM-Hope became visible again
at such a distance, and why it's unlikely to happen again :

https://www.projectpluto.com/pluto/mpecs/20047a_2.htm

I don't know if the other two Mars-bound spacecraft,
Tianwen-1 and Perseverance, have similar geometries (a
radio dish slightly tilted relative to the solar panels).
If they do, I'd imagine they could get similar flares,
and that the times could be predicted.
