I have asked back and got confirmation of the time 20:03UT.
The timestamps at least partially show 23:03 = finnish summer time.

Okay. But then, a special one. The cameras do show it in 4 frames รก 5sec exposure.
This puts the duration of the event into the interval between 15 to 20sec, 
which means it was a veeery slow meteor with a reentry speed comparable
to artificial satellites. 


I'm remaining curious.  :-)
