This decay is well placed for observers in North America.
The predicted decay time is a few minutes after a southbound
pass across the Rockies. The +/- 2 hours means that California
(me) has a shot one orbit later. Observers east of the Rockies
have a shot one orbit earlier. This will be in the daytime.
On the other side of the world will be nighttime passes in
central Asia. The only bad part is that perigee occurs at
the south pole! But I won't let that stop me from looking.
