My guess is that the Austin trio or Paul Maley will see these objects
first.  Texas (USA) will have a pass around 1037 UT on 30 April.

Southeast Australia will have two reasonable passes around 1826 UT 
and one rev later.

These launch times are only to a minute so expect a possible error in
time of up to TWO minutes.  It may be within 30 seconds for early
revs but without exact launch times for this one and the 25 Mar 98
launch..there is an uncertainty.
