08 April, 21:59 UTC +/- 23 hours (52.8° N, 67.8°E) 
ascending over Russia.

MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 04098.180... -   04098,675... (SFX 105, ap 025)
the decay on
08 April, 21:56 UTC +/- 03 hours (45.3°N,  58.7°E)
also ascending over Kazakstan.
Plus/minus one rev around this time there are no crossings over North and
South America.
