I have been asked whether TLEs are available for this launch- I am not aware of any. However a launch schedule is at http://www.spaceflightnow.com/atlas/ac163/040411ascent.html and using this and the track at http://www.spaceflightnow.com/atlas/ac163/040411track.html (which is a copy of that in the .pdf file at the site I gave earlier) I imagine it would be possible to calculate this? If so perhaps someone with expertise in this area could do so please. Unfortunately I am unable to watch the launch coverage as I will be at work- not to mention an abortive attempt to watch it 12 hours early owing to my reading the launch as a.m instead of p.m EDT :-) (it was late evening here!- that's my excuse and if I had realised my error I would have got the sleep I needed a little earlier) :-) Thanks Robert. > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Robert Holdsworth" <robbonz1@xtra.co.nz> > To: "Seesat List" <SeeSat-L@satobs.org> > Sent: Thursday, April 15, 2004 6:16 PM > Subject: Superbird-6 launch tonight > > > > The above satellite is due for launch tonight weather permitting, and > their > > site indicates it is likely to be perfect weather. > > > > Details are at: > > > > http://www.ilslaunch.com/newsarchives/newsreleases/rec258/ > > > > > > Streaming video of the launch will be available: > > > > see http://www.ilslaunch.com/stories/Current_Campaigns/ > > > > Robert Holdsworth > > Wainuiomata > > New Zealand > > 41.2610°S, 174.9470°E > > > > > > > > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------- > > Subscribe/Unsubscribe info, Frequently Asked Questions, SeeSat-L archive: > > http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html > > > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subscribe/Unsubscribe info, Frequently Asked Questions, SeeSat-L archive: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
