    Notes:
    ~~~~~~
    (1) DMSP B5-D28 #23533 observed at 10 degree elevation through gap in
        trees.
    (2) Noss 8 objects were difficult with Noss 8 (H) being the worst.
    (3) Looks like our winter rains are coming early this year after a
        long very dry spell - maybe its going to be a typical "Cape
        winter" - in the days of sailing ships the harbour of Cape Town
        was closed to shipping for several months because of the severe
        storms at sea which caused numerous ship wrecks along the coast
        and the harbour at Simonstown had to be used as it lies in a
        sheltered bay. As a result of the storms the legend of the "Flying
        Dutchman arose- if you saw his sailing ship during a storm your
        ship was doomed. Stormy weather now means no observing :-)) ( and
        the occassional ship wreck still!)
    (4) This concludes observations for 14 April.
    Cheers
    Greg
