    Correct.

The satellite has a one second launch window - if launch is not possible at
the scheduled time of 10:01 on Monday, it will be Tuesday 9:57 a.m

No alternative date on Wednesday as the Dewar tank would need to be
    refilled.

    Thursday would be 9:49 a.m and Friday 9:45 a..m.

All of above times are PDT.
