SCC'S FINAL REPORT - prepared April 21, 19:46 UTC  - shows the decay on:
21 April, 19:23 UTC +/- 07 minutes (51.0°S, 06.0°E)
descending over the Atlantic.

MPM+ REENTRY deliver with the ELSETs 04111.421.... - 04112.765.... (SFX 113, ap 006)
the decay on:
21 April, 19:20 UTC +/- 11 minutes (45.50°S, 344.25°E) 
also southbound over the Atlantic.

Remark: OIG shows "Decayed: 2004/04/22" . Why....?
