TVSat 2 and Gravity Probe B Obs 25 April 2004 UTC

    TVSat 2 appears to be in slow roll.  It was  drifting in and out of 
    visibility.  I observed it from 01:53:33 to 02:10:18  UTC and every 65 to 70 seconds it 
    was visible at +8.5 mag for about 15-20  seconds.

    Gravity Probe  B was indeed reddish in color and about +4 mag from 02:15 to 
    02:18 UTC.  It  flared to about +1 mag at 02:17:05.
