Presumed decay of 31101

    Does anyone have information from other sources than Space-Track on the 
    decay of 31101 OBJECT B which in fact appears to be the Soyuz R/B from the 
    Expedition 15 launch to the ISS?
    
    It appears that the information on Space-Track probably got caught up in the 
    technical difficulties which were experienced by that site, the TIPS message 
    is out of date and no decay notification has been posted.
