The following updates are based on Bjorn Gimle's observations of 2007 Apr 15
    UTC.

It should be noted that Bjorn's 06037A corresponds to my 07005A, and his 07005B
    corresponds to my 07005D.

Bjorn reported that 07005A was varying regularly in brightness over a 15-20 s
period. Over more than 1100 positional observations of the IGS payloads, this
    appears to be unique.
