Dear See-Sat-ers, Does anyone out there have orbital data for the fourth Chinese Beidou/Compass satellite, which apparently is based on newer technology than the first two? The Chinese are touting this network as an eventual regional, and possibly global, competitor to GPS and Galileo and saying the basic network will be complete by the 2008 Olympics.
