    Hi all,

Just observed METOP-A flaring again in the tail of the Big Dipper, at 20:08:42
UTC (25 Apr) under awfull conditions (haze, moon, remnant twilight). Big dipper
stars difficult to make out, but the flare clearly visible, I think mag. -1 at
    least.

    - Marco
