    Ted - perhaps it's the other way around: the 94.4 value is not the orbit inclination,
    but the angle between ground track and equator in an Earth-fixed coordinate system -
    in other words, the NK are describing the orbit in a formalism quite different 
    from what we're used to. I'm guessing this is equivalent to what you did, but with
    the opposite sign (but haven't had time to do the math to check)
