In terms of range as implied by the NavWarning, either the ASMP-A or SCALP-EG
cruise missiles would fit. But calling cruise missiles "space debris" is a bit
of a stretch. It could also be a missile stage test (e.g. an improved stage for
the M51 SLBM), which would perhaps better fit with "space debris".

We can all agree that this is unlikely to be real "space debris" (as in:
something coming from earth orbit) as a controlled reentry this close to the
French coast is highly unlikely.
