Amazon Kuiper and SpaceX DTC Magnitudes Needed

Hi Everyone,

I am collecting magnitudes of the two Amazon Kuiper test satellites and the
SpaceX Direct-To-Cell spacecraft. The Kuipers are quite interesting because
one has brightness mitigation applied and the other does not.

Both of these prototypes will be followed by thousands more like them. So,
characterizing their brightness is important. I prefer data reported in the
format described here, https://arxiv.org/abs/2208.07834, but I will try to
work with whatever I receive.
