    11266 decayer:
    Observing from 10:00 to 10:15 UT most of western and northwestern sky obscured by high cirrocumulus.  Only a
    fifteen degree area of the sky of the predicted shadow pass
    in southwestern was not obscured, and nothing was observed.  Hope you folks out west see something!
