ISS Shuttle Obs

    I didn't see any water dump but starting at 04:47:10 15 Aug UTC, the combo
    of ISS and the shuttle started to get brighter until it reached a mag of -7
    and they remained so until just before shadow entry. Quite impressive. Even
    before they reached peak illumination, it had a distinct halo around it.
