    If by "Ikonos" you mean 25919 = 99-051A = Ikonos-2,  we saw it, with
    7x50 and 10x50 binoculars in a fairly light-polluted environment, at
    apparent magnitude approximately +6 (2000 June 11/02:09 UTC).
