Here are search elements based on a manoeuvre on Aug 24 UTC, based on new information provided by
Cees and Nico.

The 70009 TLE is for manoeuvre at the perigee passage about 15 min. prior to Nico's observation
that it was on time. There would have been very little time difference so soon after a manoeuvre.

1 70009U 70009A 21236.40589120 .00011500 00000-0 11734-3 0 04
2 70009 97.8709 298.4363 0542500 66.4820 0.8340 14.74000000 06

The 70010 TLE is for a manoeuvre at perigee, late in the traditional time window, but several hours
prior to Cees not capturing it in the pre-manoeuvre orbit.

1 70010U 70010A 21236.74253472 .00011500 00000-0 11734-3 0 03
2 70010 97.8709 298.7695 0542500 65.3787 358.2469 14.74000000 01

Cees, would either of these orbits have been sufficiently off in track/time to have evaded your
cameras?

I will be unavailable to receive or respond to messages until around 03:00 UTC.

Ted
