As you can read on the Web-pages, Flash is the monthly (From 1996 on : bimonthly) newsletter from the Belgian Working Group Satellites (satellites=KUNSTMANEN in Dutch). It contains observational Flashes (most from seesat-l), analysis articles on flashing behaviour, more info on satellits in general (e.g. Jonathan Space Report,...) and an overview of the observing program of the BWGS. You can find old issues of Flash on the web-pages. Now Flash is made in Word. [Does someone knows the existence of a Word-or-WP-to-html translator?]. If you want to receive Flash look at the web-pages or contact me to know how to pay. Costs for 1996 are 20 US$. As the name indicates we are a Belgian Working Group, member of the Belgian Astronomical Association (= VERENIGING VOOR STERRENKUNDE). Therefor the frontpage is still in Dutch. Originally Flash also was in Dutch, but it evolved to an English magazine as it is today. Hope this non-observational info didn't bored most of you too much... Kurt Jonckheere (kjonckheere@unicall.be)
