#04966 Cosmos 398 1971-16 A may decay on or before Dec.12 (95346.90?)
The orbit is still quite elliptic, so decay rate should accelerate
more than my simple model assumes. On the other hand, the perigee
moves to more northern latitudes, so atmospheric density decreases.
