TRMM/ETS-VII Rk (25066, 97-74D) is quite bright, but beyond that it
flashed once and later, as it moved away past culmination, brightened
until it suddenly flared to about -1. This was very similar to HST,
GRO, and other flares I've observed. Apparently it has at least one
flat surface (?). My sister saw at least one flare/flash from San
Antonio, Texas (29.4N, 98.64W, 180m).
