 Hi all,
 86078 A ( Cosmos 1785 , norad 17031)  may be the satellite  seen
 by Jeff MacQuarrie's  CCD near NGC 2204.
 Using approximate coordinates ( 45N , 68W) , I got the following
 positions  ( equinox 1950)

   Dec 19  01H27.00     UTC    05h39.0  -2.66 deg
                   01h28.77                   05h 39.5 -1.99
                   01h30.57                   05h 40.0 -1.32
     North to south motion : .37deg / min
     The positions seems good , but the reported motion was only  0.2
deg/min
