Just to close the book on the decay of the Cosmos 2348 Soyuz-U rocket... The final elset from OIG for this was: C 2348 Soyuz-U r 132 x 102 km 1 25096U 97080B 97354.64279487 .59326761 62467-5 18150-3 0 382 2 25096 67.1245 288.8975 0023101 124.5075 237.8860 16.58661317 814 This showed it 35 seconds early against the evolution ("9031") I'd posted on the previous day. Decay probably occurred on this orbit at about December 20.66 (16h UTC), possibly S-bound towards an equator crossing at 16:08 UTC at 137 deg E (to the N of Australia).
