Miry Christmas

We just had a high overhead pass of Mir in mid twilight. Mir was a
brilliant -2.4 against a deep clear blue sky. It came out of the northwest
and I realized that it was aready Christams aboard the station since they
are on Moscow time. I swear you could almost hear bells jingling as the
station glided south. No "Ho Ho Ho", but it was still an inspiring sight.

So Merry Chritmas everyone and good observing in the New Year.
