That would be the first satellite in GTO orbit which would be de-orbited, I
think.  Is there enough propellant to do so, or will they manoeuvre the
satellite into a lower perigee so it will decay naturally at a faster rate ?

I tried to observe the satellite at a range of +-5000km but didn't see it.
Conditions were not very favorable(clouds, light etc).  Are there any
observations already ?
