Cosmos 100 r 03:17 neg obs

Hi all,

I have a friend who is an amateur astronomer living in Baie-Comeau
in Quebec. He was well placed to watch for the reentry of Cosmos
100 r at the exact predicted reentry time, 03:17 UTC. But he saw
nothing between 02:55 and 03:35.
