Orion 3 flare

Last night after admiring the Mir / Nova Aquilae event, we saw a glint
from a sat at about 18:35 PST = 02:35 UTC 12/3/99. Flared to mag 0 then
faded to mag 6 and held that brightness for a while.

I found that 25727 Orion 3 was a fair match with the path, time, &
post-glint brightness. Haven't checked its glint history.

Best, Mark
