Inflatable sphere launch delayed

Hi!

It seems that the Minotaur launch including the OCSE sat (the Echo-like
sphere) has suffered yet another monster-delay: Jan 22, 2000, according
to Florida today.

I'm afraid that this year we will have the lowest number of launches
since the early 60's. There were 71 in 1962, 55 in 1963, and 73 in 1996.
:-( 1999, What an Annus Horribilis for space: Near, Delta-3, Titan-4,
Japanese blowups, nobody up there, ISS delays, and the same number of
shuttle launches as in 1981... And Mars.
